Charles Coney
Chief Executive Officer - Aspris UK
Charles is Chief Executive Officer for Aspris UK, following more than 20 years’ experience leading service-delivery organisations across a range of regulated sectors in the UK and Europe.
Charles has spent the last five years in the healthcare sector with his most recent position being Chief Operating Officer of Lifeways Group, the largest supported living provider in the UK, supporting over 4,400 individuals.
Outside of work, Charles enjoys countryside and mountain walks with his family, as well as gardening and running.
Trevor Torrington
Chief Executive Officer - Aspris Middle East
Trevor is Chief Executive Officer for Aspris Middle East, having previously led Aspris as the founding Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Trevor spent five years as CEO of the Priory Group and a further seven years in the same role for Priory Healthcare.
Under Trevor’s leadership, the Education division of Priory was successfully carved out to form Aspris, and whilst leading the Priory Group, Trevor strengthened its role as an inpatient provider for NHS Trusts, and successfully integrated Priory Healthcare with Partnerships in Care, opening its first overseas mental health facility in Dubai. Priory also then opened a tenth Wellbeing Centre in Harley Street, London and its first specialist school outside the UK, in Abu Dhabi.
Outside of work, Trevor is a Trustee at Disability Initiative and enjoys playing golf, watching sport and travelling.
Samantha Booth
Chief Financial Officer
Sam joined Aspris in May 2024. She has a wealth of experience working as CFO in fast paced multi-site entrepreneurial businesses.
Sam is a qualified chartered accountant, passionate about empowering businesses to deliver operational excellence. She has a strong commercial and operational track record, successfully delivering high growth strategies in her previous roles.
Outside of work, Sam loves to travel and spend time abroad. When at home she enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and socialising with friends and family.
Tina Walton
Chief Service Officer
Tina Walton worked for the Priory Group for over 13 years before moving over to Aspris, as its Chief Services Officer. Tina’s main responsibilities are to develop strategies, provide leadership and governance for the departments delivering Corporate Services. This encompasses IT, HR, People Services, Estates and Facilities Management. She is also responsible for overseeing major corporate programmes, projects and business transformation that include acquisition integration, IT system procurement, Estates portfolio opportunities and improvements.
Tina has over 25 years’ experience of managing large-scale systems and infrastructure implementations, along with 13 years delivering M&A integration programmes within the care sector/education. She was previously the Operations Manager for a software house, supplying services to the Care Sector.
When not working you will find Tina spending most of her time with her many animals that she keeps on her small holding. Tina’s other great passion is anything ‘Disney’ and she loves visiting Disneyland, where she has been known to queue for hours to have her photo taken with Eeyore.
Nancy O'Regan
Chief Operating Officer, Aspris Education
Nancy is the Chief Operating Officer of our Aspris Education Division and is known for the creative energy she brings to all aspects of her role. Before joining Aspris in 2021, Nancy worked in Priory in multiple senior leadership roles and her expertise and strategic approach has led to significant achievements, including raising standards in multiple settings and securing positive regulatory ratings for schools and children's homes.
Prior to her career in education, Nancy worked in touring theatre and community arts, running a theatre company funded by the Arts Council UK, which saw her freelancing for events including Glastonbury Festival.
Outside of work, Nancy loves to take advantage of the views of Exmoor and Dartmoor by exploring her local wilderness. She particularly enjoys listening to live music with friends and family and tending to her small holding of animals she shares with her archaeologist husband.
Anne Marie McMahon
Chief Operating Officer, Aspris Care
Anne-Marie joined Aspris as Chief Operating Officer of the Aspris Care Division in November 2024. Anne-Marie has over 25 years of experience within adult and children's services, with the last 15 years being at senior management level.
She brings with her a wealth of experience leading teams through regulatory transition and change, including supporting Horizon Care and Education to become one of the first providers to successfully register five supported accommodation areas within the new Ofsted supported accommodation framework.
Outside of work, Anne-Marie loves to spend time with her family and friends, and most of her time off work is spent with her children and grandchildren who love to visit parks and beaches across the UK.
Will Goodwin
Chief Operating Officer, Priory Aspris Middle East
Will Goodwin joined the Priory Group in 2015 and led Priory's Education and Healthcare market entry into the Middle East.
Will has lived in the UAE since 2011 and is based in Dubai. He has a breadth of experience managing large and complex business units in the UK and Middle East. Prior to working with Priory Group, Will led the Middle East Healthcare division’s market entry strategy for Serco. He sat on the Board of Serco Services in Saudi Arabia and directly managed 600 personnel.
Outside of work Will enjoys outdoor cycling and watching rugby. He would love to be playing but unfortunately he is not as flexible as he used to be.
Jane Stone
Director of Governance and Risk
Jane has extensive experience across a variety of clinical roles, including the management of adult and young people’s mental health services, substance misuse programmes and secure and learning disability services.
During her time in the NHS Jane held Board level Director of Nursing and Chief Operating Officer roles, joining Priory Group in 2012 where she was Group Director of Nursing from 2016 and latterly Chief Operating Officer for Priory Healthcare. Jane is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
When Jane isn’t at work, you’ll find her knitting, reading and listening to or going to music events – again, not at the same time!
Rebecca Phillips
People Team Director
Rebecca joins Aspris having previously led the People Services function for Priory Group for over 5 years. She has over 14 years’ experience within the HR & People Services field across different sectors, including health & social care, education, financial services & construction. Rebecca is a values-driven and solution-orientated people and transformation leader.
Rebecca has extensive experience managing transformation and change programmes, including implementations of multiple systems and process improvement spanning across the whole People life cycle. Rebecca has a passion for people, culture and positive change to help deliver successful business performance and growth in an environment where colleagues are proud to be a part of and others want to join.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and enjoys every second of being a ‘mum’ to her young daughter. Rebecca also likes exploring the outdoors and keeping active.
Gary Bradley
Director of Estates and Facilities Management
Before joining Aspris, Gary spent two years as Director of Estates at Priory Group. Gary originally joined Priory Group in 2014 as a Project Manager in the Healthcare Division. Following a brief stint as Programme Manager, he moved to Adult Care where he took up the role of Operations Director for a year.
A year as Director of Projects in the Healthcare Division was followed by his tenure as Director of Estates, where he led the re-structure of the Projects and Estates personnel into a single team. His team oversees all Estates-related activity at Aspris, including associated projects.
Gary previously served for 20 years in the UK military and he has a Masters Degree in International Liaison and Communication. Gary’s interests outside of work include the great outdoors and family travel adventures.
Laura Neubauer
Director of Legal Services
Laura joined Aspris in June 2021 as Head of Legal to establish the company’s legal function. Laura and her team support the business with all aspects of legal, regulatory, H&S, data protection, corporate, commercial and property matters.
Laura qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 after training at Dundas & Wilson LLP (now part of international law firm CMS) and spent over seven years working for the Priory Group, as well as having experience working in legal teams in other sectors.
Laura spends most of her weekends trying to wear out her young children in the hope that they sleep past 7:00am, and also enjoys going to the theatre and good food in nice restaurants.
